FAQ

Do you have a physical retail location? Not at the moment. All of our items are exclusively available online. We are working on selling to some stores around the East Coast in the near future, specifically New York. 

Where are my items shipping from and why does it take so long? We custom-make each piece once it is purchased from the website by the customer. This is why some items ship separate from each other if you order a few pieces. If you have any questions please email us at mgmt@amandahaze.com.

Do you ship internationally? We currently only ship within the US but we are hoping to ship international soon!

 

Where is my tracking number? Once you place an order with us we will send you an email with your tracking number. 

What is your return policy? Currently, we don't take returns, if there is a problem with your order please reach out via email and we will work with you on this.
